Piston Pump Designed Specially for Harsh and Aggressive Industrial
and Offshore Environments

piston pumps, introduces their latest pump, the Neptune Piston
Sump Pump. The Neptune Piston Sump Pump, a high performance
positive displacement piston jack pump, is specially designed
to pump hot, viscous, oily liquids from harsh industrial and
offshore environments. With shallow or deep recovery capabilities,
the lightweight Neptune Piston Sump Pump uses an active recovery
process that draws product from a specified depth, at a specified
rate and can be set at 0 to 11 US GPM (0-41.6 LPM) flow range.
The Neptune Piston Sump Pump features a pneumatic drive motor
that is mechanically driven from the surface. Constructed
of high-grade stainless steel, the Neptune Piston Sump Pump
operates effectively in aggressive industrial and offshore
environments and features high efficiency, superior wear resistance,
and constant pumping speeds. The Neptune Piston pumps fluids
down to the bottom of the piston pump inlet with steady controlled
flow rates.
The Neptune Piston Sump Pump’s unique modular design,
with motor components separate from the drive piston and cylinder,
makes it easy to install, repair and service.
The Neptune Piston Sump Pump can be installed vertically,
horizontally or anywhere in between. The Neptune Piston Sump
Pump’s mechanical driver produces a high efficiency
flow rate. At 100-psig (0.7 Mpa) -air pressure, it can pump
5-GPM (18.9 LPM) water at 625’ (190.5m) of total dynamic
head or generate up to 1,400 psig (9.7 Mpa). The Neptune Piston
Sump Pump can be placed in situations where high total dynamic
head or high backpressure conditions exist.
