of piston pumps, introduces their Pneumatic Level Control
that controls any pneumatically operated pump based on liquid
level. Specially designed for difficult pumping applications,
the Blackhawk Pneumatic Level Control system uses one of the
most reliable liquid level detection methods, a Bubbler. As
the liquid comes up, the pump turns on. When liquid is pumped
down, the pump turns off. The Blackhawk Pneumatic Level Control
is fully pneumatic, provides constant level indication, bubbles
continuously to resist clogging and only consumes 8 scf/day.
Blackhawk Pneumatic Level Control operates with any pneumatically
operated pump including Blackhawk’s own Pneumatic Anchor
Pump®. It also can be effectively used for “Pump
Up”/”Pump Down” and “Pump Down”/Pump
Up” applications as well as to indicate levels on vertical
or horizontal installations.
The Blackhawk Pneumatic Level Control requires little maintenance
since there are no moving parts downhole and the Control provides
constant bubbling, which resists clogging. The Control also
has small diameter (¼”) tubing down a well, tank
or sump.
The Blackhawk Pneumatic Level Control is equipped with a
weatherproof enclosure and features a liquid level gauge that
is mounted on the enclosure door for easy level reading.
